Cancellation and Hold Policy

This Cancellation Policy forms a part of the rollerderbyathletics.com and Roller Derby Athletics Terms of Service.

No-Hassle Guarantee

If you don’t feel that you have received great value, you can cancel within 21 days for training Memberships, or 10 days for Challenges, and Roller Derby Athletics will refund 100% of your fee.

Renewals and Cancellations

Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before renewal. A cancellation request  received less than 7 days before a scheduled charge, or after the charge has occurred, will be refunded, minus 20% for administrative fees.

How do I cancel?

Members can update their account details at www.rollerderbyathletics.com/my-account and/or can cancel by emailing members@rollerderbyathletics.com.

Pregnancy

Members may put their membership on hold for an extended period during pregnancy and/or after birth. Contact your coach, and members@rollerderbyathletics.com to tell us your hold timeline. Requests to put your account on hold due to pregnancy or birth follow the cancellation policy as outlined above.

Injuries and Holds

Members may put their membership on hold for 30 days due to injury or other circumstances once per year by contacting your Coach and members@rollerderbyathletics.com . Major injuries or longer-term holds will be addressed with your Coach on a case-by-case basis. Note that we are happy to work with your doctor’s / physical therapist’s recommendations to help with a rehab exercise plan as well.

What type of injury or hardship?

  • Any injury or significant illness that limits your ability to train with RDA
  • Any life upheaval, e.g.  loss of a loved one, loss of income, moving
  • Extended travel (although our workouts are very portable!)

What happens to my account when I am on hold?

  • Account has limited workout access/PT only
  • Will not lose time already paid for, nor lose any workout tracking data on your profile
  • Next renewal charge will be pushed forward 30 days
  • Holds will be no more/no less than 30 days except as described above.

Changes To This Statement

If there are changes or additions to the terms of this Cancellation Policy, we will post those changes here prior to implementing the change, as such, Roller Derby Athletics encourages you to periodically review this Cancellation Policy.

If there are material changes to this Cancellation Policy, Roller Derby Athletics will notify the users of such changes using the personally identifiable information collected on this Site.
