Don't skate by – sharpen your skills & your turns!
Speed up your lateral movements, footwork and get quicker transitions with our program!
The Agility Challenge will help get your fancy feet moving and ready to re-enter the track when the time comes! Consisting or 3 to 4 workouts per week for 3 weeks starting July 1st. You’ll need some outdoor space to run around in and ideally an agility ladder, cones or the ability to tape or chalk one out (on a driveway, sidewalk, court, etc). A stretchy band (theraband or tubing) would be helpful too, but isn’t essential.
The Agility Challenge is *members only*, making right now the perfect time to learn more about our affordable and effective Essential and MVP training Plans :) Learn more about our Plans here.
*Note: Workouts will be provided via the RDA Fitness App! Android/iPhone compatible

This challenge ended up being one of my favorite things I've done with RDA since I started in April when we went on lockdown. I totally credit RDA with keeping me active this whole time because I know without it I wouldn't have the motivation to keep pushing myself physically, especially with things outside my comfort zone.
