STRAWBERRY PINEAPPLE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS |  Time: 5 minutes | 1 serving

1 cup of whole strawberries, stems removed, fresh or frozen

1 cup of fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

A small ripe banana

½ – 1 cup of pineapple juice (100% juice please) or water

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS 

Add the banana, strawberries, pineapple, and cayenne (if using) to the blender.

Pour in ½ a cup (see notes) of pineapple juice and blend until smooth and creamy. 

Continue to add additional pineapple juice or water to get the consistency you desire.

Iced Coffee Banana SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS |  Time: 5 minutes | 1 serving

¼ cup Espresso

1 Banana

1 tbsp Peanut Butter

¼ cup Rolled Oats

1 tbsp Honey

1 cup Almond Milk

½ cup Ice

INSTRUCTIONS 

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
 
Serve in a glass.

BLUEBERRY AVOCADO SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS |  Time: 5 minutes | 2 servings

½ ripe avocado pitted and peeled

1 large ripe banana

 1 cup frozen blueberries

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1/2 – 1 cup non-dairy milk*

Optional: 1 scoop protein powder or collagen peptides

INSTRUCTIONS 

Add all ingredients into a high speed blender. 
Process until completely smooth.
Add more milk or water to thin if desired. 
Pour into glasses and enjoy! 

CHUNKY MONKEY SMOOTHIE

1 1/4 cups Almond Milk

2 Ripe Frozen Bananas

2 Tbsp Organic Peanut Butter Powder – or real peanut butter

1 Tbsp Chocolate Chips

INSTRUCTIONS 
 
  • Place all ingredients in a blender – blend until smooth!
  • Seriously …. that is all you need to do!
  • Enjoy!

1 cup almond milk / regular soy milk / vanilla flavored soy milk
1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
1 banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 teaspoon honey (more or less to taste)
5 – 6 ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS

Add the almond milk, spinach, banana, peanut butter, and honey to a blender and blend until smooth. Add the ice cubes and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

ORANGE CREAMSICLE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS |  Time: 10 minutes | 2 servings

1 cup orange juice

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks, or mango

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

PEANUT BUTTER OATMEAL SMOOTHIE

½ cup rolled oats or quick oats

2 frozen ripe bananas, peeled before freezing

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 – 2 tablespoon maple syrup (optional but recommended) 

1 tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp ground cinnamon

⅛ tsp salt

1 cup oat milk (or any milk)

INSTRUCTIONS

Add all ingredients to a blender.

Blend ingredients until smooth and creamy.

Pour smoothie into glasses. Add an extra drizzle of peanut butter on top. Enjoy!
