For the self-test? nope, I mean do 3 reps. So your sets will look something like this (for example)... Let&#039;s say for easy math you&#039;re 150 lbs:
75# assistance x 3 reps
65# x 1 rep
55# x 1 rep
50# x 1
45# x 1
40# x 0 - (fail) 
So your 1 rep Max would therefore be 45 pounds :) I hope that makes sense!]]></description>
