The Agility Challenge will consist of 3 or 4 workouts per week for 3 weeks, running July 20 to August 7. You’ll need some outdoor space to run around in, and ideally an agility ladder or the ability to tape or chalk one out (on a driveway, sidewalk, court, etc). A stretchy band (theraband or tubing) would be helpful too, but not essential.
*note, workouts will be provided via the RDA Fitness App! Android/iPhone compatible
