Great question! Nope, there are no magic numbers for downtime. Be sure to catch your breath in between each so you feel ready to go for the next one. Depending on each athlete and each section of the test, that could be a couple of minutes, or up to maybe 7 to 10 minutes max. Avoid resting so long that your muscles get cold :)]]></description>
